Responsibilities
Greet customers warmly and take their orders accurately using POS systems such as Micros POS or similar platforms.
Prepare and assemble food items efficiently, adhering to food safety and sanitation guidelines.
Serve food promptly, ensuring proper presentation and quality standards are maintained.
Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling and cashiering duties, while managing the cash register with basic math skills.
Upsell menu items to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales opportunities.
Maintain cleanliness of workstations, dining areas, and kitchen spaces in compliance with sanitation standards.




Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure timely service and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications
Previous food service experience or restaurant experience is preferred but not required; enthusiasm to learn is essential!
Knowledge of food preparation, food handling, and safety procedures is a plus.
Familiarity with POS systems such as Micros POS or similar technology for order processing.
Solid customer service skills with a friendly, positive attitude.
Ability to perform basic math for cash handling and transaction accuracy.
Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently during peak hours.
Basic understanding of sanitation practices and food safety regulations in the food industry.
