HIRING NOW – MACHINE OPERATORS & PRODUCTION ASSEMBLERS

We are hiring Machine Operators, CNC Operators, Production Assemblers, Woodworkers, and Manufacturing Workers to join a busy millwork production environment.

What You’ll Do
Operate woodworking, CNC, and production machinery
Set up, adjust, and monitor equipment
Assemble cabinetry and millwork products
Prepare wood components for production
Read work orders, drawings, and production specifications
Perform quality checks and make equipment/tooling adjustments
Use hand tools and production equipment
Meet daily production schedules and targets
Follow all production, quality, and safety procedures

What You Bring
1+ year of manufacturing, production, or machine operating experience
Woodworking or cabinetry experience is an asset




CNC experience is an asset
Mechanical aptitude and basic troubleshooting skills
Ability to read work orders/drawings and perform basic math
Comfortable working in a rapid-paced production setting
Ability to lift 50 lbs
