Overview
We are seeking a skilled and dependable Labourer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be hands-on, detail-oriented, and capable of performing a variety of physical tasks to support residental, commercial and municiple excavation projects. This role offers an opportunity to develop technical skills and gain valuable experience in a quick-paced environment. Candidates should be prepared to work safely and efficiently while adhering to company standards and safety regulations.

Responsibilities
Assist with residental, commercial and municiple excavation tasks as directed by supervisors
Operate basic hand tools and power tools safely and effectively
Load, unload, and transport materials and equipment around job sites
Prepare work areas by cleaning, organizing, and setting up necessary supplies
Follow safety protocols at all times to prevent accidents or injuries
Support team members in completing projects on time and within scope
Perform general labor tasks such as digging, lifting, carrying, and positioning materials
Assist with installing septic systems, sewer and water services, Roads and Parking lots.
Operate rotary lazer for verious excavations and grading projects





Qualifications
Proven experience as a Labourer or similar role is preferred but not required; willingness to learn is essential
Ability to perform physically demanding tasks for extended periods
Robust work ethic with attention to detail and safety procedures
Positive communication skills and ability to follow instructions accurately
Ability to work independently or as part of a team in various weather conditions
Valid driver’s license is a plus but not mandatory; reliable transportation is preferred
Must be 18 years or older and able to pass any required background checks or drug screenings
Experience in sewer and water, septic installation, retaining wall construction, landscapeing, road construction and any other excavation work would be an Assest

Pay: $25.00-$35.00 per hour
