Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Landscape Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for working outdoors and a strong understanding of landscape maintenance. This role involves hands-on work in various landscaping projects, ensuring that gardens and outdoor spaces are well-maintained and aesthetically pleasing.

This position requires a class 5 drivers license

Duties
Perform regular landscape maintenance tasks, including mowing, trimming, and edging lawns.
Utilize power tools and hand tools effectively to complete landscaping tasks.
Dig, plant, and maintain gardens, ensuring proper care for plants and flowers.
Build and install landscape features such as retaining walls, pathways, and garden beds.
Irrigate landscapes efficiently to promote healthy growth of plants and grass.
Maintain equipment by conducting routine checks and performing minor repairs as needed.
Collaborate with team members to execute landscaping projects on time and to specifications.





Skills
Strong knowledge of landscape maintenance techniques and practices.
Proficiency in using power tools such as lawnmowers, trimmers, and blowers.
Ability to dig, plant, and cultivate various types of gardens effectively.
Mechanical knowledge for troubleshooting equipment issues is a plus.
Experience with hand tools for landscaping tasks is essential.
Understanding of irrigation systems and their maintenance is beneficial.
Solid attention to detail with the ability to follow instructions accurately.
