Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and motivated Kitchen Hand/Cook to join our dynamic culinary team. This role is ideal for individuals passionate about food service, food preparation, and maintaining high standards of food safety. The successful candidate will support kitchen operations by assisting with meal preparation, food handling, and ensuring a clean and efficient work environment. Prior restaurant or kitchen experience is preferred but not mandatory, as training will be provided. This position offers an excellent opportunity to develop skills in the food industry and contribute to delivering exceptional dining experiences.

Duties
Assist with food preparation and cooking to support the kitchen team
Handle food safely and hygienically in accordance with food safety standards
Maintain cleanliness of kitchen areas, utensils, and equipment
Support meal assembly and presentation for service
Follow proper food handling procedures during all stages of food service
Assist with inventory management and stock replenishment as needed




Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times

Qualifications
Previous experience in food service, restaurant, or kitchen workplace is advantageous but not required
Knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and meal assembly
Understanding of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures
Solid serving skills with a focus on customer satisfaction
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail
Good communication skills and a team-oriented attitude
Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to various kitchen tasks

Pay: $18.25-$20.00 per hour
