Shift Supervisor

Shift Supervisors are a critical part of our Wendy's restaurant leadership team. Shift Supervisors work with restaurant management to provide coaching and training to our valued crew members so that they can exceed our customer's expectations every day on every shift.

In addition, we need you to:

· MUST have availability to work a variety of shifts

· Have knowledge & experience leading others -- and the ability to learn from experience, and from those who have experience

· Able to demonstrate dependability,



reliability and accountability

· Ensure adherence to food quality, safety expectations and company standards.

· Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 30kg without assistance.

· Stand, sit, or walk for an extended period.

· Reach overhead and below the knees, including bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping.

· Will be exposed to temperature changes and noise.

Schedule
Must be available 7 days a week, from 5:30am until 1:00am.
