Belleville Volkswagen, part of the Boyer Auto Group, is looking for a motivated Parts Advisor to join our team. With over 40 years of family-owned experience, we’re looking for someone who works well in a rapid-paced, customer-oriented environment.

Responsibilities:
Help customers and technicians find the right parts and accessories.
Receive, stock, and organize parts inventory for easy access.
Process orders quickly and accurately to meet delivery timelines.
Manage parts returns and warranty claims with manufacturers.
Order and track special or back-ordered items with suppliers.
Recommend parts or upgrades to customers to boost sales.
Keep accurate records of sales, inventory, and orders.
Coordinate with service advisors and technicians to meet repair timelines.
Maintain a clean and organized parts counter and storage area.

What We’re Looking For:
Previous experience in a parts department or a similar role is an asset.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Proficiency in basic computer systems and point-of-sale software.
A strong work ethic, attention to detail,



and a customer-focused attitude.
Knowledge of automotive parts and accessories, with the ability to learn and use manufacturer parts catalogue systems.
