Job Overview

We are seeking an energetic and engaging Brand Ambassador to represent our brand and help customers understand our technology and products. In this role, you will interact directly with customers in-store, answer questions, and clearly explain how the technology works.

The ideal candidate is confident, friendly, and comfortable speaking with customers from diverse backgrounds. Solid communication and customer service skills are essential.

Duties
Greet and engage with customers in the store.
Explain the brand’s technology, products, and key features in a clear and easy-to-understand way.
Answer customer questions and provide helpful information.
Create a positive and welcoming customer experience.
Educate customers about the technology and how it works.
Represent the brand professionally and confidently.
Communicate product and technology information accurately.
Assist customers with general inquiries related to the brand and its offerings.
Gather customer feedback and share relevant observations with the team.
Maintain a professional and engaging presence throughout the shift.





Experience & Qualifications
Previous experience in retail, customer service, hospitality, sales, or brand ambassador roles is an asset.
Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
Comfortable speaking with and approaching customers.
Ability to explain technology or product information in a straightforward and engaging way.
Friendly, confident, and professional personality.
Robust customer service skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Bilingual or multilingual communication skills are an asset.

Schedule:
Weekend Part-Time
Full-Time Weekday Morning
Full-Time Weekday Evening

Pay: $18.00-$19.00 per hour
