Lemon Cleaners is hiring an experienced, reliable and detail-oriented cleaner to join our growing team. This position focuses on regularly scheduled building common-area cleaning, along with move-in and move-out cleaning of vacant suites throughout Victoria and Langford.

The ideal candidate has professional cleaning experience, takes pride in their work and can maintain a high standard both independently and while working with others.

This position provides guaranteed part-time work, with additional hours available through vacant-suite cleans and new properties. There is potential for the position to grow into full time work.

Position Details
Starting wage of $22.00 per hour
Guaranteed part-time work

Work locations throughout Victoria and Langford
Flexible availability required Monday through Friday
All cleaning products, equipment and supplies provided
Short Stay turnover training may be available if interested

Responsibilities
Complete detailed move-in and move-out cleaning of vacant suites
Clean kitchens, bathrooms, appliances, windows, floors, baseboards and other surfaces
Clean building entrances, lobbies, hallways, stairwells, elevators, laundry rooms and shared areas
Follow cleaning checklists and company procedures




Identify and report damage, maintenance concerns or missing items
Communicate professionally with supervisors, team members and property managers
Maintain a consistent and high standard of workmanship

Requirements
Previous professional cleaning experience is required
Able to work effectively independently and with other team members
Valid driver’s license and reliable personal vehicle
Willing and able to travel between Victoria and Langford
Personal cellphone with data for scheduling, photographs and communication
Flexible availability Monday through Friday
Reliable, punctual and able to manage time effectively
Able to perform the physical duties associated with professional cleaning
Qualified attitude and good communication skills
