Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Line Cook/Sous Chef to join our dynamic culinary team. Responsibilities
Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and quality standards
Assist in meal preparation and plating to ensure presentation excellence
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including proper food handling and storage
Support the head chef or kitchen manager in daily operations and inventory management
Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and sanitation standards




Serve dishes efficiently while maintaining high customer service standards
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth kitchen workflow during busy hours

Experience
Prior restaurant experience or kitchen experience is highly preferred
Knowledge of food preparation techniques, cooking methods, and food safety protocols
Experience with food handling, meal preparation, and serving in a rapid-paced environment
Familiarity with the food industry standards for cleanliness, safety, and quality control
Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail
Solid understanding of food service operations and customer satisfaction principles

Pay: $21.00-$25.00 per hour
