Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and customer-oriented Bartender to join our team. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests and ensuring their overall satisfaction. Duties:
Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to recipes and customer preferences
Interact with customers, take orders, and provide recommendations on drink selections
Maintain a clean and organized bar area, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations
Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently
Monitor alcohol consumption of customers and enforce age restrictions
Collaborate with the kitchen staff to coordinate food orders for customers seated at the bar
Upsell additional products when appropriate
Assist in maintaining inventory levels by restocking supplies and monitoring stock levels
Adhere to all company policies and procedures

Experience:




Previous experience as a Bartender in a restaurant or bar setting is preferred
Strong knowledge of mixology techniques and drink recipes
Familiarity with Point of Sale (POS) systems for order processing
Basic math skills for cash handling and calculating bills
Understanding of food safety regulations
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a rapid-paced environment
