Duties
Greet guests promptly with a friendly, energetic attitude to make them feel at home
Manage reservations and waitlists efficiently using POS systems such as Micros POS
Coordinate seating arrangements to optimize table turnover and guest satisfaction
Answer incoming phone calls with professionalism, providing information and taking reservations as needed
Maintain a clean, organized host stand and ensure smooth flow of guests throughout the dining area
Assist servers and kitchen staff by communicating guest needs and special requests effectively
Uphold high standards of hospitality, ensuring all guests receive attentive and courteous service





Experience
Previous experience in guest services, food service, or hospitality is preferred but not required; enthusiasm and a positive attitude are key!
Strong communication skills to interact confidently with guests, team members, and management
Knowledge of restaurant operations, including POS systems like Micros POS, is advantageous
Familiarity with phone etiquette and customer service best practices to handle inquiries professionally
Ability to multitask in a quick-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
Experience with hotel or restaurant settings can be beneficial but is not mandatory
