Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Service Technician specializing in Aluminum, Soffit, Fascia, and Eavestroughing to join our team. The successful candidate will inspect, troubleshoot, repair, maintain, and install soffit, fascia, eavestrough, downspout, and related exterior building systems for residential and commercial customers. Must have 5 years of previous experience. Must posses a valid drivers license and clean abstract. Should have valid safety certificates and training documents.

Duties
Install, repair, and replace soffit, fascia, and eavestrough systems using hand tools and power tools efficiently.
Use a brake to fabricate custom fascia, flashing and trim pieces
Conduct caulking and sealing to prevent leaks and improve weather resistance of installed systems.
Explain inspection findings, recommend repairs, and completed work clearly and professionally to customers.
Complete work orders, service reports, inspection records,



and other required documentation accurately and promptly.
Maintain a clean work environment by organizing tools, disposing of debris properly, and adhering to safety protocols at all times.
The ability to complete service calls accurately with minimal callbacks

Experience
Proven experience working with hand tools in construction or renovation settings.
Robust background in construction experience with a focus on exterior building components such as soffit, fascia, or eavestroughs.
Familiarity with caulking techniques for weatherproofing and sealing applications.
Ability to operate various construction tools safely and effectively.
Prior experience working on residential or commercial projects involving exterior finishes is highly desirable.

Pay: $30.00-$37.00 per hour
