Job Description:
We are seeking a joyful, bubbly, and dedicated Receptionist/Customer Care Specialist to join our DV Paw Crew. This role is essential to ensuring smooth and welcoming experiences for all of our guests and their parents. The ideal candidate will be fluent in both French and English and will embrace the fun and rewarding environment we provide.

Key Responsibilities:

Front Desk Reception:
Greet all guests with a warm, welcoming attitude.
Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and provide detailed information about our various services, including hotel stays, daycare, grooming, café, pool service, etc.
Check-in and check-out dogs for daycare and hotel stays, carefully reviewing feeding and medication instructions with pet parents.

Customer Interaction:
Foster a joyful and friendly workplace that makes both dogs and their owners feel at ease.
Proactively communicate Doggieville MTL's offerings to clients, sharing service details to ensure they receive the best experience.

Maintenance and Cleanliness:
Keep the reception area organized, clean, and inviting for guests.
Assist with basic pool maintenance, including adding chemicals (training will be provided).

Qualifications:
Bilingual in French and English is a must.




Outgoing and joyful personality; passionate about customer service, sales and animals.
Punctual, reliable, and committed to being part of a team.
Comfortable with light cleaning and maintenance responsibilities.

Position Type:
Part-time, permanent position with shifts on:

Weekdays:

8:00 AM to 1:00 PM

or

1:00 PM to 6:00 PM

Weekends:

10:00 AM to 3:00 PM
