Bowlarama Spryfield is looking for a friendly and reliable team member to join our team.

Applicants must be 19 years of age or older.

This is a customer service position in a fun workplace. Previous bowling experience is not required and training will be provided.

What You’ll Do
Greet guests and provide friendly customer service
Help customers with bowling reservations, lane setup and bowling shoes
Prepare and process food orders
Process payments using our point of sale system
Assist customers in the arcade.
Answer customer questions and phone calls
Assist guests when they need help at their lane
Help with birthday parties, groups and special events
Keep bowling and customer areas clean and organized
Work with the team to make sure guests have a excellent experience.

What we are looking for:




Friendly and comfortable working with customers
Reliable and punctual
Able to work in a busy workplace
Willing to learn our bowling and point of sale systems
Available for day, evening and weekend shifts
Able to work independently and as part of a team

Previous customer service experience is an asset but is not required.
Schedule: evenings and weekends

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From $16.75 per hour
