Job Summary

Join our vibrant wellness community as a Yoga Instructor, inspiring individuals to achieve balance, flexibility, and inner peace through engaging and mindful yoga sessions. We have an opening for a instructor to take on a regular Hatha style class on Thursdays at noon. In this role, you will lead group classes, customize practices to meet diverse needs, and foster a welcoming workplace that encourages personal growth and physical well-being. Your enthusiasm and expertise will motivate participants to embrace a healthier lifestyle while experiencing the transformative power of yoga.

Duties
Lead inclusive yoga classes tailored to different skill levels and physical abilities
Demonstrate and explain proper techniques for postures, breathing exercises, and meditation practices
Create a positive atmosphere that encourages participant engagement
Provide personalized guidance and modifications to accommodate individual needs and limitations
Educate participants on the benefits of yoga for mental clarity,



stress reduction, and physical health
Maintain a welcoming, clean and safe studio workplace for all classes
Track attendance, gather feedback, and adapt sessions to improve participant experience

Experience
Proven experience teaching yoga classes
Solid knowledge of various yoga styles, postures, breathing techniques, and meditation methods
Excellent communication skills with the ability to motivate and connect with diverse groups of people
Certification from a recognized yoga training program (e.g., RYT 200 or higher)
Ability to demonstrate patience, empathy, and adaptability during instruction
Prior experience working with individuals with different fitness levels or health conditions is advantageous

Pay: From $45.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 1.0 per week
