Job Summary:
The Operations Manager will support daily branch operations, ensure high levels of customer satisfaction, and assist in driving business growth. This role requires robust leadership, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
Assist in managing day-to-day rental operations
Supervise and support front-line staff
Ensure excellent customer service and handle escalations
Monitor vehicle availability, fleet status, and maintenance coordination
Support sales efforts and drive revenue growth
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
Prepare reports and assist with operational analysis
Help achieve branch targets and performance goals

Requirements:




Previous experience in car rental industry is an asset
Robust leadership and team management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Fluent in French (mandatory)
Positive command of English
Ability to multitask and work under pressure
Basic computer skills (knowledge of systems/reporting tools is a plus)

Work Conditions:
Rotational shifts (including weekends and holidays)
4-month probation period

Compensation & Benefits:
Salary: Upto $60,000 per year
Performance-based incentives (target achievement bonus)

Pay: $60,000.00 per year
