Responsibilities
Greet customers warmly and assist them with their purchases, inquiries, and product information
Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems accurately to process cash, credit, and digital payments
Manage cash handling procedures with precision, including balancing registers at shift end
Provide product demos and upsell items to enhance customer satisfaction and sales prospects
Maintain merchandising standards by organizing displays and ensuring products are well-stocked
Deliver excellent customer service by addressing questions, resolving issues,



and ensuring a positive shopping experience
Demonstrate effective time management by efficiently managing multiple transactions during busy periods

Skills
Bilingual or multilingual abilities to serve diverse customer needs effectively
Robust communication skills to clearly explain products, services, and promotions
Previous retail sales or cashiering experience, especially in technology or consumer electronics sales
Familiarity with POS systems, cash handling, and basic math for accurate transactions
Customer service orientation with a friendly attitude and phone etiquette skills
Knowledge of merchandising techniques and product demos to engage customers actively
Organizational skills for managing inventory, maintaining cleanliness, and keeping the checkout area organized
Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail

Pay: $17.60 per hour

Expected hours: 20.0 – 44.0 per week
