Duties
Prepare and cook pizzas according to established recipes and customer specifications
Assist with food preparation, including chopping ingredients, assembling toppings, and portioning dough
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including equipment and workstations
Follow food safety protocols to ensure proper handling, storage, and sanitation of ingredients and utensils
Serve customers at the counter or via take-out orders with professionalism and friendliness




Monitor cooking times and temperatures to ensure optimal quality of all menu items
Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient kitchen operations during busy hours
Restock ingredients and supplies as needed to maintain smooth workflow

Requirements
Previous experience in food service or restaurant kitchens is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided
Ability to work efficiently in a rapid-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
Strong serving skills with a focus on customer satisfaction
Basic cooking skills related to meal preparation and food presentation
Excellent communication skills and ability to work well within a team
Flexibility to work during peak hours, including evenings and weekends
