Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled CNC Machinist with programming experience to join our manufacturing team on steady day shifts. The ideal candidate will possess strong mechanical knowledge and expertise in CNC machining, including programming, setup, and operation of CNC milling machines. Responsibilities
Program CNC machines Work Nc, PowerMill etc.
Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and CAD files to determine machining requirements
Perform routine maintenance, inspections, and adjustments on CNC equipment to ensure optimal performance
Use hand tools, calipers, and other measuring instruments to verify dimensions and quality standards
Maintain a clean and organized work area adhering to safety protocols
Collaborate with engineering and manufacturing teams to improve machining processes through lean manufacturing principles




Assist in assembly and welding tasks as needed for finished product completion
Operate power tools and forklift equipment safely within the production environment

Experience
Proven experience as a CNC Machinist with programming expertise CNC milling machines
Strong mechanical knowledge related to machining operations, tooling, and fixture setup
Basic math skills for measurements and calculations essential for precision machining
Hands-on experience with hand tools, calipers, power tools, welding, and assembly processes
Knowledge of lean manufacturing practices to enhance efficiency and reduce waste

Pay: $27.00-$29.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 – 50.0 per week
