Duties
Prepare ingredients and assist in food prep to ensure timely service during busy hours
Cook menu items with precision, following established recipes and presentation standards
Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations, adhering to food safety protocols
Assist with food handling procedures to ensure freshness and quality control
Support the kitchen team in meal assembly, plating, and portioning for consistency
Follow all health and safety regulations related to food service and sanitation
Collaborate with team members to deliver excellent service and uphold the restaurant’s reputation

Qualifications
Prior experience in food service, restaurant kitchens, or the food industry is preferred but not required
Knowledge of food preparation techniques and cooking methods
Understanding of food handling safety standards and sanitation practices




Ability to stand for extended periods, lift heavy items, and work efficiently in a rapid-paced environment
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality in every task
Excellent teamwork skills with a positive attitude towards learning and growth
