Job Summary:

We are seeking a knowledgeable and customer-oriented Cannabis Budtender to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the cannabis industry and providing exceptional service to customers.

Responsibilities:
Assist customers in selecting suitable cannabis products based on their needs
Provide information on different strains, products, and consumption methods
Maintain a clean and organized store setting
Process transactions accurately using a point-of-sale system
Stay up-to-date on industry trends and product knowledge
Ensure compliance with all state regulations and company policies

Qualifications:
Solid organizational skills to manage inventory and sales records
Experience in cashiering or handling financial transactions
Proficiency in computer operation for POS systems and inventory management




Excellent customer service skills with a hospitality mindset
Ability to upsell products to enhance customer experience
Bilingual proficiency is a plus, especially in Frenchify
Knowledge of Excel for basic data entry and reporting
