Maintenance Worker – Part Time

We are seeking a reliable and experienced Maintenance Worker with a robust background in general trades.
Responsibilities include:
General repairs and maintenance across facilities
Basic plumbing, electrical, and carpentry/finishing work
Painting, patching, and minor renovations
Outdoor maintenance and seasonal work
Routine inspections and troubleshooting issues
Requirements:
Experience in trades or general maintenance
Knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and finishing work
Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks
Valid driver’s license preferred
We are looking for someone dependable who takes pride in maintaining a clean, qualified workplace.
Job Types: Part time, Permanent
Pay: $22.00-$25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30.0 – 40.0 per week
