Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate child care worker to join our team. As a child care worker, you will play a crucial role in creating a safe and nurturing environment for children. Your primary responsibility will be to care for and educate children, ensuring their well-being.

Early Childhood Education Level 1 certification is required for this position. Higher certifications are also acceptable. This position has a guarantee of 40 hours per week. Wage is dependent on ECE Certification level. The wage range includes the wage enhancement provided by the Government of Saskatchewan.

This is a contracted position, it is NOT a permanent full-time position.

Contract will end on April 30, 2028.

Responsibilities:
Provide attentive care and supervision to children in a secure and secure workplace
Implement age-appropriate activities to stimulate children's physical, social, and intellectual growth
Foster positive relationships with children, parents, and staff members
Maintain a clean and organized space




Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child's daily activities, progress, and any concerns
Follow all health and safety guidelines to ensure the well-being of the children

Experience:
Previous experience working with children in a childcare setting is preferred
Strong communication skills to effectively interact with children, parents, and staff members
Patience, compassion, and the ability to handle challenging situations with professionalism
CPR and First Aid certification or willingness to obtain

Criminal record check and vulnerable sector search is required.
