Wayfound Mental Health Group is a growing psychological service provider specializing in trauma, PTSD, anxiety, and depression. We are seeking to add an additional member who is a highly motivated self-starter, to our solid administrative team. The ideal candidate will be professional, personable, and empathetic as this position is the first point of contact for our clients both in person, over the phone, and via email.

Qualifications:
Must have minimum 3 years experience in an office environment (medical or Psychologist office preferred)
Must have excellent communication skills, both oral and written
Mature, polite, and mindful of potential sensitivities for clients
Must be computer literate and have experience with Microsoft Office
Must be able to work well independently and within a team

Responsibilities:
This position reports directly to the Admin Team Lead. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Strict adherence at all times to company confidentiality policy
Answer all incoming phone calls and emails




Respond to all inquiries regarding clinic services via phone and email
Triaging and booking referrals
Process payments for services for fee for service clients
Assist with billing and invoicing tasks as needed
Perform additional administrative tasks as required
Assist clients in booking/rebooking appointments over the phone, via email, and in person

Hours: 3 - 4 days a week (TBD) from 8am to 4pm. With the intent to become a full time permanent position.
