Minimum 5 + years of proven construction experience
Minimum 2 + years experience in a supervisor position
40 hours/week minimum
Ability to interpret architectural plans and specifications
Commercial tenant improvement experience
Commercial construction/renovation experience
Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
Experience with Procore will be considered a bonus
Carpentry trade background considered an asset”
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Drivers abstract to be presented if chosen for position. Must be able to travel to multiple sites as required.
Job Types: Full time, Permanent
Pay: $70,000.00-$95,000.00 per year
