Who We Are:
Leduc LINX Connect Centre provides services to individuals with developmental disabilities. We are currently hiring a Casual Disability Support Worker to work across all programs, supporting youth and adults. As a casual employee, you’re welcome to accept shifts that fit your schedule.

About the Role:

As a Casual Employee, you will have the opportunity to work in different programs based on shift availability, including:

Day Program – Job Coach: Support individuals at their workplaces to build skills and confidence.
Residential Program – Outreach: Assist individuals in their homes with life skills like budgeting, meal preparation, and daily living tasks.
Hourly Respite (Youth & Adults): Provide short-term support to give caregivers a well-deserved break.

Shifts & Flexibility:

Monday – Friday: 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM, 1:00 PM – 4:00 PM, and 4:30 PM – 7:30 PM
Weekend shifts available
The more open your availability, the more shifts we can offer!





Who Should Apply?
