Duties
Safely operate company vehicles to transport children to and from school and the childcare facility
Ensure all transportation activities comply with traffic laws and safety regulations
Assist children in boarding and disembarking vehicles, providing support as needed
Maintain explicit communication with parents, staff, and children regarding transportation schedules and any delays or issues
Conduct routine vehicle inspections to ensure cleanliness, safety, and proper functioning of all equipment
Assist with light heavy lifting tasks related to loading or unloading supplies or equipment for the center
Keep accurate records of transportation logs, mileage, and any incidents during transit
Requirements
Valid commercial driver’s license (CDL) or appropriate driving certification for passenger transport
Proven experience in commercial driving or school transportation services
Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with children, parents, and team members
Ability to perform light heavy lifting safely when handling supplies or equipment
Strong commitment to safety protocols and customer service excellence
Reliable punctuality with a versatile attitude towards scheduling needs
Basic knowledge of traffic laws and vehicle maintenance procedures
