Key Responsibilities:
• Engage with guests to understand their needs
• Educate customers about AE & Aerie product offerings
• Introduce the AEO loyalty program effectively
• Support various store areas: sales, cash wrap, and stockroom
• Resolve customer issues while following policies
Requirements:
• Must be at least 16 years old
• Previous retail background is desired
• Must be available for scheduling throughout the week
• Energetic approach to customer interactions
• Ability to multitask in a busy retail setting
