As a pivotal member of the YMCA’s Aquatics team, you will supervise participants, ensuring safety, fun, and inclusion in every lesson. With shifts scheduled with a minimum of 48 hours' notice, this position provides flexibility and could lead to seasonal part time work. Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise participants to ensure a safe environment
• Recognize and prevent dangerous situations in aquatics
• Conduct inspections for hazards and maintenance issues

Requirements:
• 1-3 years experience in aquatic programming or lifeguarding
• NLS or Swim Instructor certification required
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Safety-conscious mindset and first aid certification
• Flexibility for irregular working hours
