Join our energetic hospitality team as a Housekeeping Supervisor & Room Attendant, where your energy and attention to detail will create a welcoming and spotless setting for our guests. Duties
Supervise daily housekeeping operations, ensuring rooms and public areas meet quality standards
Assist with room cleaning, including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, and sanitizing surfaces
Coordinate schedules and assign tasks to housekeeping staff to maximize efficiency
Conduct inspections of guest rooms and public spaces to verify cleanliness and safety compliance
Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, requesting replenishments as needed




Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest requests promptly and professionally
Follow health and safety protocols related to industrial cleaning and custodial practices

Qualifications
Prior experience in hotel housekeeping or custodial services is preferred
Robust knowledge of cleaning techniques, industrial cleaning equipment, and hospitality standards
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to lead a team effectively
Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods
Clear communication skills and a positive attitude towards teamwork and guest service
Experience with hotel operations or supervisory roles is a plus but not required
