Job Summary

Duties
Greet customers warmly and provide friendly, professional service throughout their shopping experience
Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems to process cash, credit/debit card transactions, and mobile payments accurately
Handle cash drawer management with precision, including cash handling and balancing at shift end
Assist customers with product inquiries, offering product demos when needed to enhance their understanding and satisfaction
Upsell relevant products or services to maximize sales opportunities while respecting customer preferences
Maintain organized merchandising displays and ensure the checkout area is clean and welcoming




Communicate effectively with team members regarding stock levels, customer requests, and store procedures

Requirements
Previous experience in retail sales or cashiering preferred; technical sales experience a plus
Strong communication skills in English; multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse customer bases
Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and transaction processing
Excellent customer service skills with a positive attitude and phone etiquette
Ability to manage time efficiently in a busy environment while maintaining attention to detail
Knowledge of POS systems, merchandising practices, and retail operations preferred
Demonstrated organizational skills to keep checkout areas tidy and stocked as needed
