Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and certified Spray Foam Sprayer to join our construction team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for applying spray foam insulation efficiently and accurately on various projects, ensuring high-quality results. This role requires a strong understanding of spray foam techniques, safety protocols, and the ability to work effectively within a construction workplace. The position offers an opportunity to contribute to building energy-efficient structures while developing your expertise in insulation installation.

Duties
Prepare surfaces and ensure proper surface cleaning prior to spray application
Operate spray foam equipment safely and efficiently according to manufacturer guidelines
Apply spray foam insulation accurately across designated areas, adhering to project specifications and blueprints
Use hand tools and caulking materials as needed for surface preparation and finishing touches
Read and interpret blueprints, plans, and technical instructions to ensure correct application
Maintain a clean work setting by cleaning equipment and disposing of waste materials properly
Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines and quality standards
Follow all safety protocols,



including the use of personal protective equipment (PPE)

Qualifications
Certification as a Spray Foam Sprayer or relevant industry experience in spray foam insulation application
Construction experience preferred, with knowledge of building codes and safety regulations
Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings accurately
Proficiency with hand tools and caulking techniques for surface preparation and finishing
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced construction environment
Physical capability to stand, kneel, lift, and maneuver equipment throughout the workday
Knowledge of safety procedures related to spray foam application and construction sites

Pay: $28.00-$38.00 per hour
