Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated and energetic Ground Worker to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be completing ground tasks such as dragging brush to chipper, using chainsaws and rigging. Your proactive approach and willingness to learn will help ensure safety, efficiency, and quality across all tasks. Responsibilities
Perform assigned tasks to assist arborist
Operate equipment including; mini payloader, skid steer, chainsaws
Ability to transfer equipment to and from site with experience backing up a truck and trailer
Follow all safety protocols diligently to maintain a secure work environment for yourself and your team

Skills
Must have valid drivers license
Ability to back up truck and trailer
Basic understanding of rigging techniques or willingness to learn




Familiarity with operating and sharpening chainsaws
Strong physical stamina with the ability to perform manual labor in various weather conditions
Valuable communication skills to follow instructions clearly and work collaboratively with team members

Pay: $18.00-$23.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35.0 – 48.0 per week
