Shifts Available
2 Shifts available – Day and Afternoon
Shift Premium – Afternoon

Wages Offer
$19-$21 per hour - for candidates who are willing to learn and for candidates with some experience
$22-$26 per hour - for candidates with experience and direct or related skills & equipment knowledge
Premium pay for Afternoon/Midnights shifts

Key Responsibilities
Operate different types of high-tech equipment.
Perform setup, adjustments, and basic maintenance of machinery to ensure efficient production.
Monitor quality throughout the production process and make corrections as needed.
Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized workspace.




Work closely with team members and supervisors to meet deadlines and production goals.
Learn and apply current technical skills through on-the-job training.

Qualifications
Mechanically inclined with a strong attention to detail.
Willingness to learn and adapt to a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Reliable and punctual, with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
