Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Metal Cladding / Roofer to join our construction team. The ideal candidate will have experience in roofing and metal cladding installation, with a strong focus on safety, precision, and quality workmanship. This role involves working on commercial and residential projects, ensuring roofs and facades are durable, weather-resistant, and visually appealing. The position offers opportunities to develop expertise in roofing systems and construction techniques within a agile work workplace.

Responsibilities
Install metal cladding panels and roofing materials according to project specifications and blueprints
Use hand tools such as drills, hammers, and snips to cut, shape, and secure materials
Perform heavy lifting of materials and equipment safely to ensure efficient workflow
Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to accurately execute project plans
Apply caulking and sealing techniques to ensure waterproofing and weatherproofing of roofing systems




Assist with carpentry tasks related to roof framing or structural support as needed
Conduct inspections during installation to maintain quality standards
Follow safety protocols at all times to prevent accidents or injuries on site

Requirements
Proven experience in construction, roofing, or metal cladding installation
Proficiency with hand tools and familiarity with blueprint reading
Physical ability for heavy lifting and working at heights in various weather conditions
Knowledge of caulking, waterproofing, and sealing techniques
Solid carpentry skills or handyman experience are a plus
Ability to work independently or as part of a team with minimal supervision
Commitment to safety standards and attention to detail for high-quality results

Pay: $20.97-$35.00 per hour
