What You'll Do
Assist experienced painters and carpenter with prep work
Move and set up ladders, scaffolding, and equipment on jobsites
Keep the job site clean, organized, and running smoothly
Build on your skills with hands-on mentorship from seasoned painters and carpenters
What We Offer
Competitive hourly pay: $20 – $25/hr
Performance bonus — show up, work hard, earn more
Jobsite lead bonus — earn $50 for every qualified lead you bring in

Requirements
Rapid learner, coachable, punctual, and ready to work hard every day
Physically fit and comfortable working on ladders and outdoors
Own reliable transportation
Up to 3 months of painter helper or general labor experience preferred
