Residential Property Cleaner – Apartments & Townhomes

Brentwood Family Housing Society is looking for a reliable, hardworking, and detail-oriented Residential Property Cleaner to join our team.

This position is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of our apartment and townhome properties, including common areas and move-in/move-out cleaning.

Responsibilities
Clean and maintain apartment common areas
Complete detailed move-in and move-out cleaning of apartments
Complete move-in and move-out cleaning of townhomes
Clean kitchens, bathrooms, floors, windows, and other areas as required
Vacuum, sweep, mop, dust, and sanitize
Ensure units are clean, presentable, and ready for recent tenants
Maintain cleaning supplies and equipment
Report maintenance or cleaning concerns when identified
Maintain a high standard of cleanliness and attention to detail





Requirements
Valid driver’s license is required
Fluent in English, both verbal and written, is required
Must be reliable, punctual, and dependable
Must be able to work with minimal supervision
Solid attention to detail
Valuable time-management and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Previous residential or commercial cleaning experience is an asset
Must be physically capable of performing regular cleaning duties

Pay: $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 37.5 per week
