JOB DESCRIPTION: Sales clerk needed to assist with customers, sales and retail operations.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Processing sales at Point of Sale in a timely, friendly and effective manner
Selling skilled supplements, vitamins, homeopathic medicines, and herbal remedies
Facilitating and fostering relationships through meaningful customer engagement
Assisting customers in discovering relevant products to help with their needs
Stocking shelves with merchandise and ensuring displays are always presentable and tidy
Receiving incoming stock orders to ensure proper restocking of shelves
Responding to customer inquiries: in store, over the phone, and via email
Working together with retail staff and pharmacy staff in a collaborative, team setting centered on customer care

QUALIFICATIONS:




Experience working in a retail supplement store
Excellent customer service skills with a focus on personalized customer care
Demonstrated passion for health and wellness
Professional, self-motivated individual with a team player attitude
Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with team members
Proven ability to manage multiple tasks with differing deadlines
