Job Summary

We are seeking a agile and detail-oriented Construction Supervisor to lead and oversee commercial construction projects from start to finish. Duties
Supervise daily construction activities on-site, ensuring work progresses according to schedule, plans, and safety standards
Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, suppliers, and clients to facilitate seamless communication and workflow
Review blueprints, schematics, and construction drawings to verify accuracy and clarify project requirements
Utilize construction management software Primavera P6 to track progress, update schedules, and manage documentation




Conduct quality control inspections to ensure work meets industry standards and project specifications
Oversee budgeting processes by monitoring costs, managing resources efficiently, and assisting with construction estimating when needed
Implement safety protocols and conduct regular site inspections to uphold a safe working setting for all personnel

Experience
Minimum 3 years of supervising experience in commercial or multi family residential construction projects
Extensive construction experience with a strong understanding of building processes and materials
Skilled in blueprint reading, schematics interpretation, and construction estimating techniques
Demonstrated ability to manage budgets effectively while maintaining high-quality standards
Knowledge of quality control procedures and safety regulations within the construction industry
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams and resolve on-site issues promptly
