Responsibilities
Perform professional skincare services such as facials, exfoliations, waxing, and other esthetic treatments with precision and care
Deliver expert hair styling services including cuts, color, blowouts, and styling to meet client preferences
Maintain a clean, sanitized workspace in accordance with health regulations to ensure client safety and comfort
Provide personalized consultations to understand client needs and recommend suitable treatments or products
Upsell retail products and additional services to enhance client satisfaction and salon revenue
Manage front desk duties such as scheduling appointments, greeting clients,



answering inquiries, and processing payments
Foster excellent communication with clients to build lasting relationships and encourage repeat visits

Qualifications
Valid licensure as an Esthetician or Cosmetologist/Hairdresser with relevant certifications
Must know Eyebrows Threading
Proven experience in skincare treatments and hair styling techniques
Solid customer service skills with the ability to connect positively with diverse clients
Knowledge of sanitation standards and best practices in a salon or spa environment
Effective communication skills to clearly explain services and product recommendations
Ability to handle retail sales confidently while maintaining a professional demeanor
Flexibility to work wide-ranging hours including evenings and weekends as needed
Experience from India will be considered
