Duties
Prepare and bake a variety of baked goods, including cakes, pastries, and desserts, ensuring high standards of quality and freshness

Handle food preparation tasks such as mixing, portioning, and assembling ingredients efficiently and safely
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen workspace in compliance with food safety regulations
Package finished products carefully for sale or delivery, ensuring proper presentation and freshness
Provide excellent customer service by assisting guests with product selections and answering questions about ingredients or customization options
Follow all food handling procedures to ensure safety, hygiene, and compliance with health regulations
Requirements
Proven experience in cake decorating, baking, or food preparation within a restaurant or bakery setting
Solid knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling techniques
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment while maintaining attention to detail
Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, positive attitude
Experience in the food industry with a focus on baking or pastry arts is preferred
Familiarity with kitchen equipment and food packaging processes
Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physically demanding tasks as needed
