Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented part-time Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene at 3 client locations, ensuring that all areas are kept to the highest standards. This role is essential in providing a safe and welcoming setting for both staff and clients.

Responsibilities
Perform thorough cleaning of assigned areas, including offices, restrooms, hallways, and common areas.
Utilize appropriate cleaning supplies (Stratus Brand will be provided) and equipment to ensure effective sanitation and cleanliness.
Conduct routine inspections to identify areas that require additional attention or maintenance.
Dispose of waste materials in accordance with established procedures.
Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly.
Follow all safety protocols and guidelines while performing cleaning tasks.
Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and request replenishment as needed.

Requirements
Current availability must be Wednesdays after 6pm, and Fridays after 6pm or, weekends anytime. Flexibility may be required during holiday periods.
Proven experience in commercial cleaning or custodial work.
Minimum 2 years experience is preferred.




Reliable vehicle is required to travel tto Stouffville.
Solid attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
Experience using backpack vacuum equipment or has own vacuum preferred.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Minimal Supervision, however some premises may be video recorded.
Excellent time management skills to complete tasks efficiently within designated timeframes.
Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies, along with proper handling techniques.
Physical stamina to perform cleaning duties, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
A positive attitude and strong work ethic are essential for success in this role.
