We are a small, family-run manufacturing business operating from the downstairs level of our home in South Surrey.
We build custom Roman shades for interior designers.
Work is backed up right now, so we are hiring our first employee to help keep production moving smoothly.
Job Summary & Duties:
You will be working directly with my father, my brother, and me in our workshop. No prior experience is needed. We will teach you the process and give you step-by-step instructions.
The job requires flexibility because duties change daily based on what we are building.
Shop Upkeep: Easy cleaning and keeping the workspace organized.
General Assistance: Staying sharp and helping out where needed to keep the manufacturing steps flowing.
What We Need:
Location: Must live locally in South Surrey, White Rock, or Crescent.
Work Ethic: Reliable, focused, and not easily distracted while on the clock.
Attention to Detail: Precision matters with our materials, so you need to be sharp with your hands.
Attitude: A friendly, and easygoing person. Since we work closely out of our home, you need to be good to work around.
Proactive Mindset: Someone eager to learn the workflow and anticipate the next step.
Hours & Pay:
Pay Rate: Starting at $20.00
(above minimum wage due to the detail required).
Flexible Schedule:
We run the shop 6 days a week from morning to evening. You can largely set your own schedule and come and go as needed, provided you put in honest hours and work hard while you are here.
Time Tracking: We run on trust. You will track and log your own hours independently.
