Duties
Prepare ingredients and assist in food prep to ensure smooth kitchen operations
Cook menu items with precision, following established recipes and presentation standards
Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations in accordance with food safety regulations
Handle food with care, ensuring proper storage, handling, and sanitation practices
Support the serving staff by ensuring timely delivery of quality dishes
Assist in inventory management by rotating stock and notifying management of supply needs
Follow all safety procedures to uphold a safe and efficient kitchen workplace

Requirements




Prior experience in food service, restaurant, or kitchen environments preferred but not required; willingness to learn is key!
Knowledge of food preparation techniques and cooking methods
Understanding of food safety standards and proper handling procedures
Ability to stand for extended periods and work efficiently in a high-energy setting
Strong teamwork skills with excellent communication abilities
Basic understanding of serving protocols and customer service principles
Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
