About the Role
We are seeking a Litigation Legal Assistant to join our client's Vancouver office. In this role, you will provide comprehensive administrative and litigation support to the legal team, managing case files, preparing court documents, coordinating schedules, and liaising with clients and court registries. You will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of litigation matters from initiation through to resolution. This position offers an excellent opportunity to work on diverse and challenging files while developing your expertise in litigation support.

What You Bring
Minimum 2 years of litigation legal assistant experience preferably in commercial litigation
Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
Proficiency in legal document preparation and court filing procedures
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency with legal software and Microsoft Office Suite
A proactive approach and strong team orientation
