Duties
Greet guests warmly upon arrival and provide friendly assistance throughout their Stay.
Support the host team by managing guest seating arrangements and waitlist procedures efficiently
Inspect all arrivals up to Kalido Hospitality standards.
Walk between properties as needed during the shift.
Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless service flow and uphold high standards of hospitality at all times.
Gatekeeper of all BOH areas and inventory items.

Qualifications




Previous experience in guest services, serving, or hospitality roles is preferred
Strong communication skills with the ability to engage confidently with guests and team members
Knowledge of computer basic skills.
Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills to handle inquiries professionally
ability to work alone or in a team setting with minimal supervision.
Prior hotel experience is a plus but not required; enthusiasm for learning is essential
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail
Reliable, punctual, and committed to providing outstanding guest experiences
