We’re looking for a Service Advisor / Parts & Labor Specialist who thrives in a fast-paced workplace, enjoys working with people, and has a genuine interest in powersports. If you like being at the center of the action—connecting customers, technicians, and machines—this role is built for you.

What You’ll Do
Be the first point of contact—welcome customers and understand their service needs
Create and manage repair orders with accuracy and attention to detail
Coordinate with the shop to schedule and prioritize work
Educate customers on maintenance and manufacturer recommendations
Keep customers informed with clear, proactive communication
Review completed work and explain services and charges with confidence
Support parts and accessories sales when needed

Schedule
80 hours bi-weekly (shift rotation)
Monday–Friday: 7:00 AM – 7:30 PM
Saturday & Sunday: 8:00 AM – 6:30 PM
