Duties
Greet visitors warmly and assist with check-in procedures, creating a positive first impression
Handle cash transactions accurately, including processing payments and giving change
Manage phone calls professionally, directing inquiries or taking messages as needed
Provide information about programs, events, or services offered, utilizing public speaking skills when necessary
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area to ensure a welcoming space




Assist with guest services by answering questions, providing directions, and ensuring a memorable experience

Experience
Prior experience working with dogs is highly valued, but not necessary. Liking dogs is a must!
Strong customer service background with excellent communication skills
Experience in dog daycare setting is an asset.
Familiarity with cash handling procedures and point-of-sale systems
Ability to speak confidently in public settings and engage with diverse audiences
Previous guest services experience that demonstrates professionalism and friendliness

Pay: $18.35-$21.00 per hour
