Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Counter Staff worker to join our team. As a Counter Staff worker, you will play a crucial role in providing excellent customer service and ensuring smooth operations at our butcher shops in London, Woodstock and Aylmer. (Everyone meets in London and we drive you to and from our Woodstock and Aylmer locations daily)

Responsibilities:
-Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the counter area
Adhere to food safety standards and procedures
Take and fulfill customer orders accurately and efficiently
Handle cash, debit and credit transactions. (Operate the cash register and debit/credit machine)

Qualifications:
Previous experience in food service or customer-facing roles is preferred
Strong customer service skills with a friendly demeanor
Ability to work in a rapid-paced environment with possibility of long hours while maintaining attention to detail




Basic math skills for handling transactions and calculations
Knowledge of food safety practices and regulations
Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively

Hours:

-One Saturday shift every other week is guaranteed for training. (7hrs-10hrs in length) The better you become at the job, the more hours you will have the chance to work (Ex. Every Saturday, Sunday and weekday shift opportunities)

-Be prepared to start as early as 5:15am or 6:30am

Pay: From $17.95 per hour
